Safety light curtain

The GBD series safety light curtain is used for large, heavy high-risk machinery or hazardous areas, as well as for long-distance and wide-range safety protection. It can reliably protect the safety of humans or objects, as well as signal acquisition for logistics, production assembly lines, and automatic control equipment. The light curtain amplifier is built-in, using a modulated light source and synchronous scanning method, with strong resistance to external interference and convenient installation and use. It features point loss stop, internal device failure stop, connection failure stop, and object immersion stop signal output. By selecting a dedicated light curtain controller, the output control function is more powerful. It can be interchanged with similar products from companies such as Honeywell, SICK, BANNER, SUNX KEYENCE, OMRON, and P+F.

SLC-1 Safety Light Curtain Controller

The SLC-1 safety light curtain controller is used in conjunction with the GAD safety light curtain. Built-in controller that mounts directly into the interior of the equipment's electrical control cabinet. The controller adopts advanced dual-CPU monitoring technology to monitor each other and effectively ensure the safety of the system. High safety, the controller adopts two relays that can interlock the common output, even if the relay is damaged, it can reliably ensure the safety of the system. Connected to the GAD safety light curtain, the operating status of the safety light curtain can be monitored at all times, constituting a safer protection system. The red, yellow and green indicator lights enable the user to accurately, intuitively and quickly find out the possible malfunc tions of the equipment. - The SLC-1 controller is small and compact enough to be installed in the electrical control cabinet of a machine tool or other equipment.

GADS Series Safety Light Curtain

High waterproof structural design, with a waterproof protection rating of up to IP68. Suitable for harsh environments such as humidity and water exposure.
