Application: Applied to punch presses, presses and other heavy and large mechanical equipment. SLC-2P safety light curtain controller is used in conjunction with GAD safety light curtain. Adopting all-metal shell structure with excellent anti-vibration performance, it can be directly and safely mounted on the machine tool or outside the electrical cabinet of the machine tool. The controller adopts advanced dual-CPU monitoring technology to monitor each other and effectively ensure the safety of the system. High safety, the controller adopts two interlocking relays to output together, even if the relay is damaged, it can ensure the safety of the system reliably. Strong load-carrying capacity, providing dual relay passive contact output. Can be directly connected to high-power loads. Provide self-test function: monitor the signal processing circuit and relay contacts, and lock the output at “fault” until the fault is eliminated. Dual-locking design to avoid safety hazards caused by misoperation or faulty locking switches. Connected with GAD safety light curtain, can always monitor the operation status of the safety light curtain, constitute a safer protection system. Red, yellow and green indicator lights, so that users can accurately, intuitively and quickly find out the equipment may be faulty.
